WHERE ARE YOUR BIKES FROM?

BOBBIN bikes are designed in U.K. and manufactured in Taiwan.
MUMAR bikes are designed in U.S. and manufactured in China.
SAVORELLO bikes are designed in UK and manufactured in China. 

To best judge the quality of our products, do swing by FootLoops and try them for yourselves. We assure you they're pretty top-notch.

IS THERE FREE DELIVERY?

Yes, for purchases over $400, local delivery is completely FREE. Surcharges are applicable for Tuas and Sentosa ($35). Free delivery does not apply for promotional or discounted items, unless stated otherwise.

WHAT'S THE WARRANTY?

We provide different warranty conditions for different brands of bicycles and its components. In fact our bikes last many years. However if anything happens to your bike within the warranty period, we will do our best to repair it. Please note that the warranty doesn’t cover cases of improper use and mechanical damages caused by accidents or negligence.

ALL FOOTLOOPS BIKES - 5 years frame and fork and 6 months for major components, exclude wear and tear parts, terms and conditions applied.

WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER-
- Normal wear and tear. Improper maintenance or spare-parts and/or accessories installation.
- Damage or failure due to accident, misuse or neglect.
- Warranty is void in its entirety by any modification of the frame, fork, or components.

This warranty is expressly limited to the repair or replacement of a defective item and is the sole remedy of the warranty. This warranty applies not only to the original owner, it is transferable. FootLoops is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages. This warranty does not apply to special and clearance sale items. Proof of purchase is required (original or photocopy).

If anything happens to your bike by accident and cannot be fixed under the warranty, then repair costs will be chargeable. However we offer reasonable repair rates. We recommend servicing for your bike at least once in 6-12 months (depends of how often you use your bike and its storage conditions). First basic maintenance service within a year after purchase is free of charge. 

We can also pick up a bike from your place and bring it back after servicing. Pick up/drop off service is SGD 50 flat rate per to-and-fro trip (Note that price does not include maintenance service costs or parts if any. Extra charges apply for Tuas/Sentosa).

Standard maintenance service @$30 includes:
Chain lubrication (excluding belt-driven models)
Belt and chains tension
Adjusting of motion parts
Check-up of brake conditions and their replacement if necessary (extra charges applicable)
Check-up of wheels (as well about punctures)
Installation of optional equipment
Other tune-ups and adjustments if necessary.

 

EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY

For defective bikes please inform us within 7 days of receipt, we will arrange a free exchange within 3-4 working days, all cost will be covered by us. We only accept faulty products for refunds. Exchangeable or replacement is subjected to the availability of the such item purchased, in such an event that the item purchased is out-of-stock or obsoleted, we shall refund you or you may choose other items of similar value.

Alternatively if you do not wish to get an exchange for the defective bike you may return the bike for a full refund within 7 days of receiving the bike. You will be informed via sms once your order has been shipped out

All returns/exchanges must be brand new and accompanied with all of the original packaging, paperwork and receipt. Bicycles must be in showroom condition.

You can send the bicycle to our warehouse for returns. Alternatively we can arrange for collection of the bike at your address, with additional cost of $15

We do not accept returns for products which are not broken or delivered incorrectly

Returns or Exchanges for accessories.

You can return any accessories purchase within 7 days for an exchange or refund. In order to qualify you must have the item’s receipt and the product must be in new, unused/uninstalled condition.

All original packaging and tags must be intact and included. Returns with ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents will not be accepted.
